Our job is to help you get the information you need, we do this for a living
so we can :
- Minimise the time you need to spend on ’non core’ activities
- Provide discreet realtime feedback to the event director or nominated contact
- Agree pre-defined times to keep event-ops updated on trends or issues
- Provide daily (close of event) updates for PR purposes
When we are onsite we represent you, our client, we are conscious that we are
dealing with your visitors, exhibitors and other interested parties, our service-ethic
is to provide a professional service no matter who we are dealing with at the event
and because we enjoy what we do, we do it well and hopefully make it an enjoyable
experience for everybody.
We think about you the same way you think about your exhibitors, if you do a good job
they keep coming back for more, we work on the same principle with our clients.
